Please note: Programs will run between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm. Please make these hours available.
* Proof of age is only required for any new students that did not participate in the 2025 or 2026 IEPF events. Birthdays only need to be verified once for each participant. When providing proof of age, you may choose to either mail a copy of the birth certificate along with the application forms or send it by email. The email should be addressed to iepianofestival@gmail.com with the subject line as the student's First & Last name, and a picture or scan of the birth certificate attached for age-verification purposes. All scans will be stored securely with Google Drive, and are HIPPA-compliant.
Please mail all applications by December 11, 2026. Please use one check or Zelle payment to cover the teacher's fee and non-refundable application fees for each student as follows:
Teacher's Fee:
$20 for 1-5 entries
$30 for 6-10 entries
$40 for 11-15 entries
$50 for more than 15 entries.

Solo Division I - II $35; III - VI $45
Duet Division I $50; II - III $60
Concerto Division I $70
